Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Handling customer inquiries.
- Providing encrypted channel sales services to all Pay-TV customers.
- Promoting all paid TV products (channels and devices) to expand the company's customer base.
- Promoting marketing campaigns for paid TV packages.
- Handling all payment methods.
- Renewing and reactivating subscriptions for all encrypted channels.
- Resolving technical issues for customers.
- Resolving issues related to monthly credit card customers.
- Handling all after sales services
Job Requirements:
- Age: 21–30 years
- Bachelor's degree is a must
- Very good in English
- Presentable appearance
- Excellent communication & problem-solving skills
- Military service status (Completed or Exempted)
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work on shift basis
- Greater Cairo residence is a must
